Ms. Mildred Patrick

Mildred Patrick (Aunt Bill) was born March 2, 1934 in Atlanta, GA to the late Mr. James Holden, Sr. and Mrs. Eloise Holden. She entered into eternal rest on March 27, 2017.

She accepted Christ at an early age and joined Alexander Memorial A.M.E. Church under the leadership of Rev. W. J. Rowe. Then later joined Church of God in Christ under the leadership of Elder Hogan. Mildred Patrick was educated in the Atlanta Public School System. She retired from Wesley Wood Nursing Home in Health Care. Mildred was a caretaker for her others and family as well as friends. She lived a cherished life of generosity, always giving to others unselfishly. Her love and legacy will live forever.

She leaves to her memory one son, Tony Patrick, of Atlanta, GA; eight sisters, Carolyn Andrews, Mary Louise Mosely, Thelma Clowers (Charlie), Dolly Brazil, Dorothy Gantt, Patrick Stone (Charlie), Helen Holden, Cynthia Tucker (Collie); three brothers, Howard Holden (Patricia), Roy Holden, Charles Holden (Mildred) and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Mildred was preceded in death by her parents, James and Eloise Holden; brother, James Holden, Jr.; A special sister-in-law Ela Holden of Forsyth, GA.
