Mr. Douglas Williams

Douglas Edward Williams was born on October 20, 1963 in Rome, GA to Edward Williams and Elynor Louise (Davidson) Shipmon. He traveled the world with his parents before returning home to Rome, GA to live with his Aunt Joyce Reynolds where he graduated from East Rome High School with the class of 1982.  Douglas was a lover of life and lived his life caring for others most times before himself. Family was everything to him and even if you weren't blood kin he had a way of making you feel like it. He definitely lived his dash. If you knew Douglas then you know that he was not hard to please all he ever wanted was a cold Coke, a chokeathon and some good conversation.

Douglas is survived by his Devoted Life Partner Carrie Louise Kenney, Uncle Henry Davidson Sr (Ann), brother Alvin Williams Sr, his Stepfather Derice (Bernice) Shipmon, his  Stepbrother Bruce Miller and Derice Kenny, Step Sister  Dorothea Shipmon Arnold(TJ), nephews Steffonzio Williams Sr, Michael  Williams Jr, Jadee Williams, Alvin Williams II, Austin Williams and Aaron (Estefania) Williams, his nieces Natasha Williams, Tenisha (Evan) Foster, Talessia (Darius) Martin, grand-neices, grand-nephews and a host of cousins William's, Davidson's and Franklin's.
