Mr. Willie Carter

Willie J. Carter was born to his father, Leroy Carter, Sr., and mother, Mary Lee Carter. He would have four siblings, brothers Leroy Carter, Jr., Abraham Carter, and George E. Carter, and sister, Mary Jean Philpot.
Willie was preceded in death by his wife, Emma Carter.
Willie leaves to cherish his memories: his sons, Dejuan Carter and Christopher L. Hunterson; nephew, Jasper Carter; niece, Cheryl Hale; and a host of other family, friends, and others that he loved. He will be missed forever.
