If Tears Could Build A Stairway
If tears could build a stairway, and memories a lane, I would walk right up to Heaven and bring you back again. No farewell words were spoken, no time to say “Goodbye.” You were gone before I knew it, and only God knows why. My Heart still aches with sadness, and secret tears still flow. What it meant to love you – no one can ever know. But I know you want me to mourn for you no more; to remember all the happy times life still has much in store. Since you’ll never be forgotten, I pledge to you today, a hallowed place within my heart is where you’ll always stay.

Dedicated to My Grandmother, Bobbie Kelly
When tomorrow starts without me and I’m not there to see if the sun should rise and find your eyes all filled with tears for me, I wish so much you wouldn’t cry the way you did today while thinking of the many things we didn’t get to say. I know how much you love me, as much as I love you, and each time that you think of me, I know you’ll miss me too. When tomorrow starts without me, don’t think we’re far apart, for every time you think of me, I’m right here in your heart.
