Mr. Charles William Dooley, affectionately known as “Chuck” was born on July 13, 1954 in Gary, Indiana as the third child born to the late Mr. Thomas Dooley and the late Anna Mae Dooley. As a teenager/ young man, he was a member of Swahili Young Elks. He loved the outdoors, fishing and hunting into his adulthood. Basketball, a good boxing match and a good card game and a cold beer was one of his favorite times.
