Mr. Reginald Mackey

Reginald was known to his family and friends as “Reggie”.

Reggie graduated from Frederick Douglass High School where he participated in numerous activities including the Astro’s football team.  After finishing high school, he became an employee of the Atlanta Public School system for over 20 plus years. He was a member of Pilgrim Travelers Baptist Church.

Reginald transitioned on June 6, 2021and he leaves behind his loving parents, James and Mary Mackey, one brother, Raymonte and his wife (Shakela) Mackey. One god sister, Gwinnett Bates, Special friends and honorary brothers, Thomas Hop-Wah, Xzabiar (Zay) Pierce, James Hudson, Deandrea Nelloms, and Eric “Slick”Robinson, whom he grew up with; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends.
