Laurice “Lucille” Harris, age 92, of Huntsville, Alabama, passed away peacefully, surrounded by love. A devoted mother, cherished grandmother, great-grandmother, and beloved aunt, Lucille’s life was a shining example of kindness, strength, and unwavering love for those around her. Born and raised in Huntsville, Lucille lived a life filled with joy, adventure, and deep connection. She was the proud mother of her son, Robert, and built a legacy of warmth and generosity that extended to her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and countless others who were lucky enough to know her.

Lucille had a gift for making everyone feel welcome and valued. Her infectious laughter, quick wit, and open heart brought light and happiness wherever she went. She loved people deeply and found great joy in helping others, always offering a listening ear, a helping hand, or a comforting hug. A woman of many passions, Lucille enjoyed traveling, gathering with family and friends, and celebrating life to the fullest. Her home was always filled with stories, laughter, and love.
