Felecia “Lisa” Annella Williams, was born on January 7, 1966, to parents, Melvin Williamson and Forrestine Tate, in Atlanta, Georgia. She became the second of five daughters in the union of Forrestine Tate and Earnest Snead. Felecia was educated in the Atlanta Public School System. She attended Collier Heights Elementary School as a young child. She also attended and graduated from Frederick Douglass High School in the class of 1984. She continued her higher learning at Atlanta Metropolitan College.
At the age of 20, Lisa married Henry Williams. In that union, God blessed them with a beautiful daughter, Tiffany Williams. Lisa also became a proud mom to son, Zachary Hatton, in October 2004.
Lisa received her C.N.A. certificate in 1991. She used her career as a C.N.A., to serve those in need for 15 years. She spent the last two years working with Premier Pride Staffing.
Full of strength, courageous, protector, and proud mom, daughter, and sister are just a few words to describe Lisa. As a mom, she was dedicated to her kids. Her goals were always to ensure that they were loved, healthy, and safe. As a sister, she was fiercely loyal. She was the first to step in without hesitation if she felt we needed protection. She was
the “hammer”! As kids, she stepped into many battles with bullies on our behalf. Felecia was also a car connoisseur. Her favorite pastime was taking old cars and making them new again. She was known to spend hours under the hood of her cars. She often said it was therapeutic. She also loved to dance. She never missed an opportunity to take to the dance floor to entertain the family. She was the life of the family party with her comedic recital of our family history. She will truly be missed by all.
God called Lisa home on October 23, 2020. She leaves behind to cherish her loving memories: her daughter, Tiffany Williams; her son, Zachary Hatton; her mother, Forrestine Snead; her fathers, Melvin Williamson and Earnest Snead; her sisters, Maria Williamson, Sebrina Snead-Jones (Ernest), Earnestine Snead, and Carmen Snead; her brothers, Melvin Williamson, Jr., Roderick A.
